“Motherhood”... This word alone has so many different underline meanings. You have mom, nurse, lunch lady, teacher, tutor, therapist, counselor, uber driver, Santa Claus, cleaning lady, and the list goes on and on and on. But what kind of mother you want to be is totally, and completely up to you!!! You get to control what kind of authentic relationship you have with your children. Parents are responsible to help their children grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. A mother’s role is very special in childhood development. Moms wear so many hats, juggle so many balls (all at one time, I might add), and deal with so many emotions (including our own). 

Remember… “There is no Perfect Mother”!!! Throw out the old mold of what a mother should be, think, act, dress, talk! Most importantly, throw away other people’s opinions of you as a mom. You get to determine and develop your own relationship with your children. And sometimes; “This the best I got today”... works too! Motherhood is what you make it. What hat do you want to wear as a mom?
